* In order to maintain social distancing and practicing safety measures for all involved, pick-ups will be by APPOINTMENT ONLY on Wed, 3/25 to Fri, 3/27, Tues, 3/31, and Wed, 4/1. No Walk-ins will be allowed for the safety of everyone.
This form is to support technology issues during school closures. If staff or students need a charger or device, please fill out this form completely. If you select a designated appointment time to pick-up a device or charger, you are confirmed for that time unless you receive a phone call otherwise. For example hotspots and teacher laptops will need to be confirmed, as supplies are limited.
